Devonshire Square Receptions
John O’Neill undertook the refurbishment of two ground floor reception areas within the Devonshire Square development. The projects included the replacement of structural glazing, installation of new stone floors and Corian clad walls and the installation of specialist lighting systems.
New Horizon Youth Centre – London
Complete refurbishment of existing youth centre with design award winning two storey extension to the rear. Strip out of the demise, demolition of existing single storey rear extension, refurbishment of existing grade II listed building and construction of new 2 storey extension to create new and updated Youth Centre facilities.
Clear Channel European HQ – London
Working within a live hotel environment; refurbishment of ballroom and bar areas as well as the creation of a leisure complex including gym, hot tub, sauna, wet areas and changing and reception/ hospitality facilities. Working for minimal disruption to the working hotel environment. The key passes were brought to completion within a 24 week timeframe.
Fortnum and Mason – Piccadilly, London
An awarding winning extension to Fortnum & Mason's existing store in London's Piccadilly.
The Lyceum Theatre, London
The redevelopment of the Lyceum involved 4 phases of work which included the restoration and refurbishment of the 3 tier auditorium ( originally with a capacity of 3000, now a comfortable 2000 seater ) and the original foyers; together with a new stage backstage complex along with box office and staff facilities were provided and a range of hospitality facilities on each level to service the patrons.
The Palace of Westminster (New Visitors Centre)
The refurbishment of the Westminster Hall Cafeteria to provide refreshment facilities for visitors to the Palace of Westminster, incorporating a new lift to provide access for the disabled to The Grand Committee Room and other committee rooms at first floor level and above.
Conservatives HQ Millbank Tower
Design & Build fast track fit-out smoothly transferred the Conservative Party into their new media centre and campaign headquarters situated within two separate buildings of the Millbank tower. The project also included the overseeing and coordination of the move.
